Nike Pink Foam & 0001's Prize Draw T&C's

By taking part in this prize draw you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD”) recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. JD is the organiser of this prize draw which is run in conjunction with Nike Retail B.V.

This prize draw is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.

1. What can you win?

There will be a total of five (5) winners. There will be two (2) winners of Prize One and three (3) winners of Prize Two.

• There will be two (2) winners who will each win one (1) pair of AM 95 Pink Foam trainers (“Prize One”).
• There will be three (3) winners who will each win one (1) ticket (including a plus one guest) to 000’1s show on 30 May 2025 (“Prize Two”).

(each a "Prize" and together the "Prizes")

The tickets included in Prize Two are for 0001’s gig taking place on 30 May 2025 at 19:00 (UK time) (the "Event"). The tickets are in the form of a guest list and winners will be entitled to take a plus one guest of their choice. Both the winner’s name and their guest’s name will be added to the guest list prior to the Event. The full address of the Event is Box Hub Vennel, 50 Washington St, Glasgow, G3 8AZ.

The Prizes are subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Prizes are subject to JD being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prizes at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prizes. If any part of the Prizes are not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply alternative Prizes.

The Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prizes are not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the prize draw and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prizes?

Nothing other than the Prizes are included and it is the winners’ responsibility to pay for anything excluded from the Prizes including:

• Travel to and from the Event;
• Accommodation at the Event;
• Food, drink and other expenses at the Event.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants (and their plus one guest) must be:

• aged 16 years or over on the day they enter the prize draw; and
• a resident of England, Scotland or Wales.

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (JD Sports Fashion - Our brands - JD) or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter?

The prize draw starts on 10 May at 08:00 (UK time) and ends on the 10 May at 19:00 (UK time) (“Promotion Period”). Any entries received after this time will not be valid.

Entrants can enter the prize draw by:

1. attending the JD Sports store at Buchanan Street, Glasgow, G1 2JW (the “Participating Store”) during the Promotion Period;
2. receiving a maximum of one (1) scratch card from a member of JD staff or other promotional staff in the Participating Store; and
3. providing contact details (including name and email address).

(“In Store Entry”)

Participation is limited to one (1) In Store Entry per person. No responsibility is taken by JD for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be entered for any technical or other reason.

There will be a maximum of 500 scratch cards given out at the Participating Store during the Promotion Period.

Once an entrant receives a scratch card, they cannot swap this for another scratch card.

No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

Participation is limited to one entry per person. If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. How are winners selected?

Winners will be selected by being in receipt of a winning scratch card at the Participating JD Store.

There will be two (2) winning scratch cards for Prize One. These will contain x3 winning symbols of an AM 95 trainer.

There will be three (3) winning scratch cards for Prize Two. These will contain x3 winning symbols which state “TRIPLE 01’S GUESTLIST”.

JD reserves the right to pick another winner, and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prizes.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the prize draw; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prizes; (v) adhere to local laws in the UK & Scottish Law; (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations that apply. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prizes.

7. Personal information

For full details on how JD uses your information, view our Privacy Policy here: Privacy Notice. The winner’s personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prizes and for JD to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winners.

8. Liability

JD will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this prize draw or accepting or using the Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

9. Which law applies to this prize draw?

This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

10. The Organiser

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prizes (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
