The “Offer” Description

Purchase a pair of footwear, a backpack or a cap (the “Product”) from one of the Participating Stores on the dates set out below and visit the MattB concession stand in the Participating Store during the specified timeframes below to have your Product customised by the MattB Customs team:

This Offer applies to all full price and sale products on all brands and genders purchased from the Participating Store on the specified dates and times listed above.

All customisations are provided free of charge, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Customisation Details

Participation in the offer is limited to one Product purchased per transaction, and one customisation per person.

Customisations are subject to the customisation menu provided by MattB Customs. Only one customisation option only may be selected.

All customisations are irreversible, and once completed, the Product becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.

Redemption Process

This Offer is available in Store only. The purchased Product must be purchased from the Participating Store within the specified dates to qualify for the Offer. Products purchased from other stores (JD or otherwise), JD fascias, orders sent to Store via click & collect or purchased by any other means are excluded.

You acknowledge that participation in the Promotion is entirely voluntary, and nothing requires you to participate. It is your decision to customise your purchased Product as part of the offer and you acknowledge that any customisation undertaken as part of the offer will make permanent alterations to your Product which cannot be reversed. You are aware that the customisation option chosen may appear different in style and colour range when applied. By participating in the offer, you acknowledge and agree that you are aware these are risks which may occur and which you accept by entering the offer.

Insofar as is permitted by law, you agree that JD Sports its affiliates, agents, sub-contractors or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claims, personal injury or death arising from or in connection with the offer and your participation in the offer. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit any liability which cannot legally be limited, including without limitation, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Additional Conditions

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion, including student discount or emergency services discount.

The Offer is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable, but does not affect your statutory rights.

JD Sports and MattB Customs reserve the right to refuse customisation for any reason, including (without limitation) where it is reasonably believed that the customisation may cause damage to the products purchased or if there is reasonable suspicion that the purchase receipt has been altered, copied, or is being used fraudulently.

JD Sports reserves the right at its absolute discretion to:

• cancel this Offer at any time; and/or

amend, waive, or add further conditions to these Terms and Conditions.
