This event will take place on 24 October 2025 between 4pm (UK time) until 7pm (UK time). The location of the event is 19 D'Arblay St, London W1F 8ED (the “Activation”).

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Prize is subject to JD being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

The Prize is personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

The promotion starts on 24 October 2025 at 4pm (UK time) and ends on 24 October 2025 at 7pm (UK time) (the “Promotion Period”). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

Participation is limited to one entry per person . If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. How are winners selected?

Winners will be selected at random in accordance with the How to enter section above if they have won a Prize on the randomly allocated Scratchcard at the Activation . The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). The winners must confirm their acceptance of the Prize within the Promotion Period in order to receive the Prize. JD reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the promotion; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize; and( v) adhere to local laws in the UK (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements terms and conditions. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

The winner’s personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize and for JD to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winners.

8.Liability

JD will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

9.Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
