Offer Terms & Conditions

The promoter of this Offer is JD Sports Fashion Plc (company number: 01888425) whose registered company address is Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire, BL9 8RR (“ JD Sports ”).

The “Offer” Description

Purchase one pair of Havaianas Footwear from the JD Trafford Centre store, Unit L12, 48 Regents Crescent, M17 8AP, (the “ Store ”) on the below dates and visit the MattB concession stand in the Store during the specified timeframes for the opportunity to receive a permanent anklet from Linked and Locks (“ Anklet ”) and/or customise your Havaianas Footwear product by the MattB customs team:

All customisations are provided free of charge, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Customisation Details

Participation in the Offer is limited to one Havaianas Footwear product purchased per transaction, and one customisation (and one Anklet) per person

Customisations are subject to the customisation menu provided by MattB Customs. Only one customisation option only may be selected.

All customisations are irreversible, and once a customisation or Anklet is completed, the Havaianas Footwear product becomes non-refundable and non-returnable.

Redemption Process

1. Purchase a pair of Havaianas Footwear from the Store on either on the 19th & 20th July and the 2nd & 3rd August 2025 and retain the receipt;

2. During the applicable timeframes outlined above, present your purchased Havaianas Footwear product and the receipt to the MattB Customs concession area in the Store; and

3. Select your desired customisation option and/or Anklet from the menu provided by MattB Customs and/or Linked and Locked.

Individuals under the age of 16 may only participate with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.

As part of this activation, customers who qualify can redeem a Havaianas Footwear customisation and/or an Anklet from Linked and Locks at their personal discretion (subject to availability as set out below).

THE OFFER IS AVAILABLE ON A ‘FIRST COME FIRST SERVED’ BASIS AND IS LIMITED TO A TOTAL OF 100 ANKLETS AND 150 CUSTOMISATIONS

This Offer is available in Store only. The purchased Havaianas Footwear product must be purchased from the Store within the specified times and dates to qualify for the Offer. Products purchased from other stores (JD or otherwise), JD fascias, orders sent to Store via click & collect or purchased by any other means are excluded.

You acknowledge that participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary, and nothing requires you to participate. It is your decision to customise your purchased Havaianas Footwear product as part of the Offer and/or accept application of the Anklet. You acknowledge that any customisation undertaken as part of the Offer will make permanent alterations to your Havaianas Footwear product which cannot be reversed. You are aware that the customisation option chosen may appear different in style and colour range when applied. By participating in the Offer, you acknowledge and agree that you are aware these are risks which may occur and which you accept by entering the Offer.

Insofar as is permitted by law, you agree that JD Sports its affiliates, agents, sub-contractors or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claims, personal injury or death arising from or in connection with the Offer and your participation in the Offer. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit any liability which cannot legally be limited, including without limitation, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Additional Conditions

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion, including student discount or emergency services discount.

JD Sports and MattB Customs reserve the right to refuse customisation or application of the Anklet for any reason, including (without limitation) where it is reasonably believed that the customisation or application may cause you injury or otherwise cause damage to the products purchased or if there is reasonable suspicion that the purchase receipt has been altered, copied, or is being used fraudulently.

JD Sports reserves the right at its absolute discretion to:

(i) cancel this Offer at any time; and/or

(ii) amend, waive, or add further conditions to these Terms and Conditions.
