AM95 MANDARIN Internal Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this giveaway you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the giveaway. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the giveaway. JD Sports Fashion Plc (“JD”) is the promoter of this giveaway which is run in conjunction with Nike.

1. What can you win?

There will be Four (4) winners who will each win:

• One (1) pair of Nike AM95 Mandarin trainers at Trafford Centre JD Internal Event on 6 June 2025 (the “Event”)

(the “Prize“).

The giveaway only includes one (1) pair in each of the following sizes: 8, 9, 10 and 11. The giveaway will be available to JD staff that attend the Event. The full address of the Event is JD Sports, Regent Crescent, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 8AA. The Prize is subject to availability. The Prize is subject to JD being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the giveaway or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize. Prize giveaways are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the giveaway and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

Nothing other than the Prize is included and it is the Winners’ responsibility to pay for anything excluded from the Prize including

• Travel to and from the Event;

• Accommodation at the Event;

• Food, drink and other expenses;

3. Who can win?

Winners must be:

• aged 16 years or over on the day they enter the competition;

• the owner/have use of an iPhone;

• a JD Staff Member;

• present at the Event. JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to win

The giveaway starts and ends on 6 June 2025. Any winners received after this date and time will not be valid. During the Event, the performer will inform entrants to put their AirDrop feature on and will send an AM95 Mandarin asset to one random contact who pop up on the performer’s Apple AirDrop feature. The performer will do this four separate times, one for each shoe size available, until all four pairs of trainers are claimed. Entrants can win the giveaway by:

1. Having their AirDrop feature on so that their phone is available for selection by the performer;

2. Accepting the AM95 Mandarin asset which will be shared by AirDrop by the performer; and

3. To claim, they must take their personal asset to store collection to receive their exclusive AM95.

No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.

If more than one asset is received, only the first entry will be accepted. Each pair of AM95 Mandarin will be allocated to a code. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. How are winners selected?

The Performer will randomly select one (1) winner from the list of phones on his Apple AirDrop. This will happen four times, with one winner selected for each of the sizes available. The winners will be notified at the Event once asset is received and must respond during the hours of the Event to confirm acceptance of the prize. If the winner does not accept the Prize, JD reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the giveaway; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize; (v) adhere to local laws in the UK (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

The winner’s personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize and for JD to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winners.

8. Liability

JD will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this giveaway or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

9. Which law applies to this giveaway?

This giveaway is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the giveaway submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

10. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
