OG AM95 PRODUCT LAUNCH Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before taking part in the promotion. JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD is the promoter of this promotion which is run in conjunction with Nike Retail B.V.

This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or TikTok.

1. What can you purchase?

Selected customers will each get the chance to purchase:

o One (1) pair of OG Air Max 95 Trainers (the “Product” and together the “Products”) each, (the “Promotion“).

The Product is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the Promotion at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Promotion. If any part of the Promotion is not complied with (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative Product.

The Promotion is personal to the participants. The Product is not available for transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the Promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Promotion?

It is the participants’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Promotion. This includes but is not limited to, travel to and from the Participating JD Store.

3. Who can take part in the Promotion?

Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion are not eligible to take part in the Promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to take part

The Promotion starts on 4 April at 08:00 (UK time) and will end once all the Products have been sold at the Participating JD Stores (listed below).

Customers can enter the Promotion by:

• Being in the queue at one (1) of the four (4) Participating JD Stores at 08:00am on 4 April 2025:

o Liverpool One - 4 Paradise Street, Liverpool L1 8JF;

o Glasgow Argyle Street - 7-91 Argyle Street, G2 8BJ;

o Manchester Arndale - Barbarolli Mall, 16-18 Arndale Centre, Manchester M4 3AB;

o Oxford Street - 201-203 Oxford Street, W1D 2LE

(the “Participating JD Stores”), And

• while being in the queue at the relevant Participating JD Store, receiving a wristband and ticket (“together the Token”) as explained below.

For every Product available at each Participating JD Store, there will be a corresponding Token which references the Product size. Product sizes are limited and available on a first come first served basis.

5. How are participants selected to be in with the chance to Purchase? Products are available for participants to purchase based on their shoe size request on a first come first served basis managed through the queuing system. Size requests are managed through the use of Tokens which track the number of Products allocated and the numbers of Products left at any given time for each shoe size. If the shoe size that the participant requests is not available, they can leave the queue and will not be eligible to purchase the Product. If the shoe size that the participant requests is available, they will be given a Token and allowed entry into the Participating JD Store. The participant will hand the Token over to the cashier at the till and will be entitled to purchase a maximum of one (1) Product.

6. Participants’ Responsibilities

It is the participants’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to take part section above and present evidence of such completion (i.e. the Token) to a member of staff in a Participating JD Store; (ii) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Promotion, including travel to and from a Participating JD Store; and (iii) comply with any request made by security and any other staff at the Participating JD Stores, including leaving the queue or Participating JD Store and withdrawing from the Promotion if reasonably requested to do so. JD will not be liable to the participants or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Promotion.

8. Which law applies to this promotion?

This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the Promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

9. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion (or any part of it) if a participant breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
