By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. 1. What can you win?

There will be four hundred (400) New Balance x JD Tote Bags in total each given as a gift with the purchase of a Qualifying Item at the Participating Store (defined below)

(the “Prize“) .

For the purpose of the promotion, a qualifying item is any New Balance product at a Participating Store (“Qualifying Item” ).

The Promotion will be taking place at the following JD store:

The Prize is subject to availability. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize may only be received from the Participating Store following the purchase of a Qualifying Item.

The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize including the Qualifying Item, any other items or any travel to and from the Participating Store.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must:

· be aged 18 years or over on the date of entry; and

· a resident of England, Scotland or Wale

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group

, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The promotion starts on 24 May 2025 at [9AM (UK time) and ends on 25 May 2025 at [17:00PM] (UK time) or once there are no more Prizes available, whichever is sooner (the “Promotion Period”). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

· attending the Participating Store during the Promotion Period; an

purchasing a Qualifying Item during the Promotion Period.

For the avoidance of doubt, all Prizes will be won on a first come first serve basis.

Participation is limited to one (1) entry per person in a Participating Store only. If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. How are winners selected?

Once the eligible entrants have completed the How to enter section above in respect to the Prize, they may receive the Prize, subject to availability. The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). The winners of the Prize will be notified after they have made the Qualifying Item, subject to availability. The Prize is non-exchangeable.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above as applicable and present evidence of such completion to a member of staff in a Participating Store and at a Redeemable Location, as applicable; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age; and (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from a Participating Store. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

7. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
