By taking part in this Giveaway you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the Giveaway. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the Giveaway. We, JD Sports Fashion (“JD”) recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. What can you receive?

Either an iced latte or iced matcha plus a cookie (subject to availability) the “Giveaway“) if you make a Valid Purchase. The Giveaway is subject to availability (as further described below).

JD have the right to change, alter or withdraw the Giveaway or any part of it at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Giveaway. JD are not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by or in relation to the Giveaway. JD are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway. If any part of the Giveaway is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative Giveaway. The Giveaway is administered by [IMA – The Smollan Agency].

What is excluded from the Giveaway?

It is your responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Giveaway.

Who can participate?

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and a resident of England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

JD reserves the right to ask entrants to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of JD (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx) or anyone else professionally connected with this Giveaway are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the Collection will be invalid.

How to collect the Giveaway

Entrants can collect the Giveaway by visiting the coffee cart pop up, located at [JD Sports, Unit L9, 15 The Trafford Centre, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester M17 8AP] (“Store”) before the closing time (as stated in paragraph 5 below) while the items remain (“Collection” and/or “Collect”).

Purchase is necessary to Collect the Giveaway, together with a valid receipt showing a Valid Purchase (defined below). One drink and one cookie (if available) per transaction only. You must purchase:

Adidas Originals x Molly-Mae footwear from the Adidas Originals x Molly-Mae footwear Collection (limited to the first 500 purchases); or, once the Adidas Originals x Molly-Mae footwear allocation has been fully claimed, any eligible Adidas Womens Footwear product as notified in Store (while remaining Giveaway iced drinks and cookies last).

(“Valid Purchase”)

The first 500 customers to make a Valid Purchase of Adidas Originals x Molly-Mae footwear from the Adidas Originals x Molly-Mae footwear Collection will be entitled to Collect one iced coffee (iced latte or iced matcha) and one cookie (if available) per person. If the Adidas Originals x Molly-Mae footwear allocation has been fully claimed and there are still iced coffees remaining, customers who make a Valid Purchase of an eligible Adidas Womens Footwear product (as notified by JD in-store at the time) will be entitled to Collect one iced coffee (and one cookie if available) until the remaining Giveaway runs out or the closing time is reached (whichever occurs first).

Closing Times

The Giveaway will commence on Thursday 9 April 2026 at 9:00am (UK time) and will end on Sunday 12 April 2026 at 18:00pm (UK time) or once the cookies and drinks have been fully redeemed (whichever occurs first). Any attempted Collection(s) after this date and time, or once the cookies and drinks have been fully redeemed, will not be valid.

Your Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to: (i) visit the Store during the period set out above in paragraph 5 (ii) make a Valid Purchase; (iii) show your receipt of the Valid Purchase at the coffee cart in order for it to be stamped to redeem the Giveaway (iv) adhere to local laws in the UK; and (v) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. JD will not be liable to the entrants or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Giveaway.

Publicity

By taking part in the Giveaway, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at JD’s request. Entrants agree that JD (or any third party nominated by JD) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Giveaway and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.

JD Sports reserves the right to withdraw the Giveaway (or any part of it) if you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.

Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
