We Run This City 2026 Nike Trainer Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion.  JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD is the promoter of this giveaway.

This promotion is a Made Running x JD Nike event which is taking place at the Trafford Centre, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester, M17 8AA, United Kingdom (the “Event”).

1. What can you win?

There will be eighty (80) winners who will each win:

• One (1) pair of Nike Vomero Trainers or Nike Pegasus Trainers (the “Prize“)

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Prize is subject to JD being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. Both male and female trainer versions are available. JD may change, alter or withdraw the promotion or the Prize at any time due to changes in applicable law or events outside JD’s control. JD is not responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed for any reason, JD is under no obligation to provide an alternative.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, refund or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize including travel to the Event and food and drink.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

• aged 18 years or over on the date of entry;
• a resident of England, Scotland or Wales; and
• a participant of the Event.

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The promotion will run on 8 February 2026 from 07:00am to 10:00am (UK time). Entries submitted after 10:00am on this date will not be valid.

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1. Registering for the We Run This City Event and attending the Event on 8 February 2026.
2. Checking in on arrival at the We Run This City Event.
   Only the first 80 people to check in will receive a pair of trainers. To check in, entrants must report to a Brand Ambassador upon arrival at the Event and confirm their attendance.
3. Collecting their Prize.
   The first 80 entrants to check in will be deemed the winners. The Brand Ambassador at the check‑in point will give each winner a winners card, which must be presented at the cash desk of the JD store in the Trafford Centre to redeem the Prize.

No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.

No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. How are winners selected?

The first 80 people who check-in at the Event, in accordance with the “How to enter” section will receive the Prize. This is on a first come, first serve basis.

The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. The winners will be notified in person by the check-in host if they are within the first 80 people to check-in and will be provided a winners card to redeem the Prize at the cash desk of the JD store in the Trafford Centre. The Prize will be handed to winners in person. If the winner’s required size is unavailable, JD may, at its discretion, arrange for the Prize to be delivered to the winner’s address.

There are no exchanges or refunds on the prize winnings, and these are subject to availability.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above and present evidence of such completion to a member of staff in a Participating Store; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from the Event.  JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Winners must collect their Prize during the Event. Any Prize not collected by 10:00am will be forfeited.

7. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

8. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
