JD x adidas EVO Activation Scratchcard – Promotion Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions before participating. JD Sports Fashion plc ("JD") is the promoter of this promotion, which is run in conjunction with adidas. We recommend that you print and keep, or save, a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.

1. What can you win?

There will be five hundred and eighty (580) winners who will each win one of the following:

• adidas Adizero Evo SL trainers (thirty (30) pairs available to win)
• Branded sticker pack (one pack per winner) (five hundred (500) available to win)
• Branded merchandise (products will vary and may include socks, caps or t-shirts. One item per winner. Prize type, size (if applicable), style and colour are subject to availability at the time of claiming. fifty (50) units available to win) each a “Prize“.

Prizes will be given out during the JD x adidas Evo activation at Nells Pizza, 22 Minshull St, Kampus M1 3EF on Sunday 19 April 2026 between 12pm-8pm (the “Event”).

The Prize is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). JD reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion only where it is necessary to do so for reasons beyond JD’s reasonable control (including where required by law or regulation) and will act reasonably when exercising this right. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Event due to events outside JD’s reasonable control. No cash alternative is available and, if a Prize cannot be provided for reasons beyond JD’s reasonable control, JD may (at its discretion) provide a prize of equal or greater value.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

Pizza and T-Shirt Promotion

Separate to the scratchcard promotion, JD will also offer a free pizza slice and one branded t-shirt at Nells Pizza during the Event (together the “Pizza Offer”). The Pizza Offer is available on a first come, first served basis while stocks last and may be provided to runners and non-runners.

For non-runners, JD staff will distribute tokens around the finish line in Manchester City Centre. A valid token may be redeemed at Nells Pizza for the Pizza Offer, subject to availability. For runners, a token is not required as runners may redeem the Pizza Offer by showing their marathon medal. A total of five hundred (500) Pizza Offers are available in total (each Pizza Offer consists of one pizza slice and one t-shirt).

Token availability, redemption and fulfilment are subject to venue capacity, opening hours and any other reasonable instructions of Nells staff and/or JD staff. Tokens are not valid for cash, have no cash alternative and are not for sale, resale, transfer or exchange. Lost, stolen, damaged or altered Tokens will be void.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from the Event.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

• a resident of England, Scotland or Wales;
• available to attend the Event;
• be one of the first 580 people to arrive at the Event and receive a free scratchcard from JD staff (subject to availability and limited to one scratchcard per person).

JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The promotion will run at the Event on Sunday 19 April 2026 from 12pm to 8pm (UK time). The promotion will end at 8pm or earlier if all scratchcards have been distributed and/or all Prizes have been won ("Promotion Period").

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants can take part by collecting one free scratchcard per person (subject to availability) from JD staff at the Event and scratching it to reveal instantly whether they have won a Prize and, if so, which Prize. The mix of Prizes available is limited and Prizes are available on a strictly first come, first served basis while stocks last.

5. How are winners selected?

Scratchcards will be distributed on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. Each scratchcard will reveal instantly whether the entrant has won and if so, which Prize. The allocation of Prize types across the scratchcards has been randomised in advance.

To claim a Prize, winners must present their scratched scratchcard to a member of JD staff at the Event immediately (and in any event before 8pm on 19 April 2026). Scratchcards that are lost, stolen, damaged or altered are void.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) comply with these terms and conditions; (ii) claim their Prize during the Promotion Period by presenting the scratched scratchcard to a member of JD staff at the Event; (iii) provide accurate details where needed to administer or fulfil the Prize; and (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from the Event. JD will not be liable where a winner fails to comply with these responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

8. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

9. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
