Acceptance: By claiming the Offer you agree to these terms and conditions.

Offer period: The Offer is available between 8.00am on 25th May 2026 (BST) and 11.59pm on 31st May 2026 (BST).

Eligibility conditions: To be eligible to claim the Offer:

(1) You must be signed up to Clearpay services (subject to the Clearpay Terms of Service) and be a UK resident aged 18 and over;

(2) You must one of the first 800 customers to claim the Offer; and

(3) The JD Sports online transaction must be your first transaction using the Clearpay service.

The Offer is subject to availability of stock and to JD Sports’ normal terms and conditions.

Claiming: You must spend £75 or more in one transaction online at www.jdsports.co.uk using Clearpay to receive £15 off your order at the Clearpay checkout ("Promotional Discount") during the Offer period. The Promotional Discount will automatically be applied to your total purchase value (including tax and shipping costs) as displayed in the Clearpay checkout before the final confirmation is made. The Promotional Discount will not be reflected in the retailer receipt, please refer to your Clearpay order confirmation.

Claiming conditions: You are only entitled to claim one Offer. The Offer is single use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. The Offer is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be used to purchase JD Gift cards, and may not be resold. If you violate any of these Offer terms or Clearpay’s Terms of Service, the Offer (including the Promotional Discount) will be invalid.

Returns / refunds: Where the Promotional Discount is used on your first online JD Sports Clearpay purchase that is subsequently returned by you and/or refunded, the amount you will be refunded will be reduced by the value of the Promotional Discount. For any partial refunds, the Promotional Discount will be applied proportionally to each item. In all cases you will not be refunded more than you originally paid. All refunds and returns are subject to Clearpay’s Terms of Service.

Example:You buy 3 items totalling £90 (A £30, B £40, C £20), get £15 off, pay £75 across 4 instalments of £18.75. You return Item A. Its share of the discount is 30/90 × £15 = £5, so the refund is £25. If you've still got instalments to pay, the £25 reduces your balance. If you've already paid in full, it goes back to your card.
