JD Full Flavour Fix Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD is the promoter of this promotion. This promotion is run in conjunction with Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited, the UK master franchisee of the international fast casual restaurant chain, Wingstop UK (“Wingstop”).

1. What can you win?

There will be five hundred (500) winners who on finding a limited-edition JD sneaker ornament will win the following:

• one (1) pair of trainers (“Prize One”); and
• one (1) fifty-pound (£50) Wingstop Flavour voucher which may be used at any Wingstop restaurant (“Prize Two”).

The Prize is subject to availability (including the availability of sizes, styles and colours). The following are available in respect of Prize One:

The limited-edition JD sneaker ornament will be in the style of one of one of the trainers listed in Table 1, and in respect of Prize One represents which trainer has been won.

The Prize is subject to JD being able to contact winners and confirm eligibility. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any event outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatsoever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

The Prizes are being allocated on the basis of forecasted footfall across participating Wingstop restaurants. The limited-edition JD sneaker ornaments will be randomly allocated to each participating Wingstop restaurant. Not all brands and style of the limited-edition JD sneaker ornament will be available at each participating Wingstop restaurant. Vouchers are redeemable for in-store purchases only and cannot be used for delivery or online orders.

The Prize is personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all Prize elements if this term is not complied with

Additional terms and conditions of the issuer may apply in respect of Prize Two.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

JD will arrange for delivery to one UK address. It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

• aged 18 years or over on the date of entry, or if under the age of 18 have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter; and
• a resident of England, Scotland or Wales.

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx) and of Wingstop or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The promotion starts on 12/05/25 at 09:00am (UK time) and ends on 06/06/25 at 11:59pm (UK time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1. Purchasing the ‘JD Full Flavour Fix meal’ from a participating Wingstop restaurant and retaining the proof of purchase (i.e. receipt);

2. Finding a limited-edition JD sneaker ornament; and

3. Entering the specific code printed on the limited edition JD sneaker ornament and providing their name, address, email address, shoe size, and proof of purchase to a microsite located here: https://bit.ly/claimyourdrip (the “Microsite”).

You may enter is promotion as many times as you like. However, each specific code will only be redeemable once. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. How are winners selected?

You will win by finding a limited-edition JD sneaker ornament in a JD Full Flavour Fix Meal and following the ‘How enter section’ at clause 4 above within the promotional open and closing times. The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

As part of the entry, the winners will provide their size. If the selected size is available in the brand and style won, the entrant will be provided with the tracking details for their Prize by email to the email address inputted on the Microsite within 7 days. The Prize will be sent to the nominated postal address as inputted on the Microsite. No further correspondence will be entered into.

If the winner’s brand and style is not available for any reason (including size and availability), JD shall contact the winner by email and offer an alternative style of trainer listed in Table 1 from the same brand, or, in the event that the same brand is not available, offer an alternative brand and style from those brands and styles which are listed in Table 1

If the winner does not accept the Prize for whatsoever reason (including, despite reasonable efforts, failed delivery), JD reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

Provided all requested information is complete and accurate, the Prize will be delivered to winners within 30 days of entry.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) retain proof of purchase, (iv) provide valid proof of age; (v) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize. Wingstop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Replacements will not be issued under these circumstances.

The Microsite is owned and operated by Wingstop who will process winner’s personal data in accordance with their privacy policy available https://www.wingstop.co.uk/privacy.JD will process the winner’s personal data to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize, including fulfilment and for JD to comply with its obligations to publish the name and country of residence of the winners. 7. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

8. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.

This promotion is not associated to the brands listed in Table 1.
