MattB Customs x Adidas lace Customisation – 8th & 9th March 2025 – Offer Terms Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. We, JD Sports Fashion PLC (“JD Sports”), recommend that you save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. JD Sports is the promotor of this promotion and MattB Customs Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, registered number 12923684, whose registered office is at 164 Walkden Road, Worsley, Manchester, M28 7DP (“MattB”) will be performing the customisation activity on behalf of JD Sports.

OFFER: Purchase a pair of Adidas Original trainer style footwear from the JD Bluewater Store Blue-water – L70-L75 Thames Walk, Bluewater Shopping Centre, DA9 9SL (the “Store”) on either: 8 March 2025 between 11:00 and 17:00, or 9 March 2025 between 11:00 and 17:00 (GMT) for the opportunity to have your shoelaces customised by MattB (the “Participating Event”).

The Offer is available on a first come first serve basis between the hours of the Participating Event at the Store. JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the Offer at any time due to any change in applicable law or events outside the control of JD Sports or for any other reason at JD Sports’ discretion. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Offer. If any part of the Offer is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD Sports is under no obligation to supply an alternative Offer.

Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx) , or anyone else professionally connected with this Offer are not eligible to enter. JD Sports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria is not met, you will not be eligible for the Offer.

Participation is limited to one entry per person.

HOW TO ENTER: Participants must be aged 16 or over, or if under the age of 16, be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and can participate in this Offer by:

1. Attending the Participating Event at the Store;

2. Purchasing a pair of Adidas Original trainer style footwear from the Store during the Participating Event, and retaining the proof of purchase;

3. Presenting the purchased Adidas Original trainer style footwear and proof of purchase to the MattB concession area in the Store; and

4. Selecting customisation from the Options.

MattB and JD Sports reserve the right to refuse any customisations where it is reasonably believed it may cause damage to the products purchased.

EXCLUSIONS: OFFER IS LIMITED TO A TOTAL OF 100 CUSTOMISATIONS DURING THE OFFER PERIOD OF THE PARTICIPATING EVENT. This is an in-store Offer only, meaning that footwear must be purchased from the Store during the Participating Event. Footwear purchased from other stores, JD fascias, orders sent to Store via click & collect or purchased by any other means are excluded. All customisations carried out at the Participating Event are subject to the customisation menu provided by MattB (the “Options”). You can only select an Option from the menu. Customisations are irreversible, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Nothing in the foregoing or in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: JD Sports may use any collected personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to administer the Promotion. PUBLICITY: By taking part in the Promotion, you may be invited to participate in publicity at JD Sports’ request. You agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports, including MattB) may in its sole discretion use your comments relating to the Offer and your experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party).

LIABILITY: You acknowledge that participation in the Promotion is entirely voluntary, and nothing requires you to participate. It is your decision to customise your shoelaces as part of the Offer and you acknowledge that any customisation undertaken as part of the Promotion may make permanent alterations to your shoelaces which cannot be reversed. You are aware that the customisation Option chosen may appear different in style and colour range when applied. By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree that you are aware these are risks which may occur and which you accept by entering the Offer.

Insofar as is permitted by law, you agree that JD Sports and MattB and their affiliates, agents, sub-contractors or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claims, personal injury or death arising from or in connection with the Offer and your participation in the Offer. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit any liability which cannot legally be limited, including without limitation, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL: JD Sports reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw or cancel this Offer without prior notice and without liability to any party if it becomes necessary to do so.

WHICH LAW APPLIES TO THIS PROMOTION:This promotion is governed by the laws of England and the participants of the Offer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
