JD PRIZE PULL ACTIVATION

By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. We, JD Sports Fashion PLC (“JD Sports”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. JD Sports is the promoter in conjunction with Sidekick Live Limited (company number 12419251) whose registered office address is at Blue Fin Building, 110 Southwark Street, London, England, SE1 0SU ("Sidekick”) who will be administering this promotion.

1. WHAT CAN YOU WIN?

There will be multiple winners as set out below:

1 x £250/€250 JD gift card (one winner across all Participating Events);

300 x £5/€5 JD gift cards (at each Participating Event);

200 x £10/€10 JD gift cards (at each Participating Event); and

200 x JD branded stickers (at each Participating Event).

To be in with the chance of winning a Prize you must download the JD Status app, and then attend and participate in one of the JD Prize Pull events (the “Participating Event”), at one of the following locations (each a “Participating Location”) between the hours of 10am and 6pm (UK time):

Belfast Castle Place - Friday 18th April 2025 & Saturday 19th April 2025;

Liverpool One - Friday 18th April 2025 & Saturday 19th April 2025; or

Dublin Jervis Centre - Friday 18th April 2025 & Saturday 19th April 2025.

Elements of the Prize are subject to availability and all Prizes are subject to winner confirmation (i.e. JD Sports has been able to confirm eligibility). JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or any Prize at any time due to change in applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD Sports is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?

Entrants must be:

aged 16 years or over or otherwise have the consent of a parent or guardian; and

be a resident of England, Scotland, Wales, Northen Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.

JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter. JD Sports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Entrants can enter by:

Attending a Participating Event at a Participating Location;

Downloading the JD Status app on their personal device and evidencing that this step has been completed to the satisfaction of the Sidekick team at the Participating Event; and

Participating in a ‘JD Prize Pull’ game (the “Game”).

An Entrant will win the Game where they pull a lever and match three (3) icons. The icons correspond to and represent the Prizes to be won. If successful in matching 3 icons, the entrant will win whichever Prize is shown on the screen by redeeming a token with a member of the Sidekick team inside the store at the Participating Event during the Opening and Closing times. WHERE A WINNER MATCHES THREE “£250/€250 JD VOUCHER COMPETITION ENTRY” ICONS, THEY RECEIVE AN ENTRY INTO A PRIZE DRAW FOR THE £250/€250 JD GIFT CARD ONLY.

Each entrant has one (1) attempt at pulling the lever and matching all three (3) icons.

Internet service provider fees may apply when accessing the internet. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion. Participation is limited to one entry per person. If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

4. OPENING AND CLOSING TIMES

The promotion will commence on Friday 18 April at 10am (BST) and will end on Saturday 19 April at 6pm (BST) at all Participating Locations. On each day during the promotion, the Participating Event will commence at 10am and end at 6pm.

5. HOW ARE WINNERS SELECTED?

The entrants of the Game who match 3 icons on the screen will win the Prize shown on the screen.

Winners of the “£/€5” “£/€10” JD gift card and JD Group branded stickers will receive their Prize upon presentation of their token to the Sidekick team within the event opening and closing times at the Participating Event.

Winners of the £250/€250 JD voucher competition entry token must provide their name, address, email address & phone number to the Sidekick team within the event opening and closing times at the Participating Event and will then be entered into a prize draw for the gift card.

Following the promotion, one (1) winner will be selected at random from the prize draw entrants and JD will then arrange for the £250 /€250 JD gift card to be posted to the winner at the address given within 30 days of the Participating Event ending.

The decision of JD Sports is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize, the winner forfeits, and will be considered to have waived their right to, the Prize and JD Sports is under no obligation to select another winner.

6. WINNERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from the Participating Event and Participating Location; (ii) complete all stages of the ‘How to Enter’ section above and present evidence of such completion as requested; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age; (v) adhere to local laws in the UK, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland (respectively) (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the Promotor and Sidekick.

JD Sports will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Winners who have won a JD gift card must comply with JD’s gift card terms and conditions. A copy of the Gift Card terms and conditions are set out here and appear on the reverse of the gift card.

7. PERSONAL INFORMATON

JD Sports will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to sign you up to marketing materials (if you have opted in to receive regular communication from JD Sports (and its affiliates)) and to administer the promotion or otherwise comply with the obligation to publish details of the winner.

Provided you have opted-in to receive regular communication from JD Sports (and its affiliates), we may also use your personal data to tell you about JD Sports (and JD Sports affiliates) products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships.

8. PUBLICITY

By taking part in the promotion, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at JD Sports’ request. Entrants agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.

9. GENERAL

JD Sports reserves the right to withdraw any or all of the Prizes (or any part of them) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.

10. WHICH LAW APPLIES TO THIS COMPETITON?

This promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
