Adidas Climacool Van Product Drop Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD is the promoter of this promotion which is run in conjunction with Adidas (UK) Limited.

1. What can you win?

There will be a minimum of three hundred and ninety five (395) winners who may each win either:

o An Adidas Climacool tracksuit (Navy & Black) (20 in total: 10 at both Van Drop 1 & Van Drop 2 respectively);

o A pair of Adidas Climacool footwear (30 in total: 15 at both Van Drop 1 & Van Drop 2 respectively);

o A pair of Adidas Climacool Footwear and Apparel (15 in total, at Van Drop 3 only);

o A custom Bennett’s cap (150 in total, at Van Drop 3);

o A pack JD Sports stickers (150 in total: 50 at each of Van Drop 1, 2 & 3);

o Early Access ticket to the Climacool Wrap Party taking place on 1 March 2025 at CAMP & FURNACE 67 Greenland Street, Liverpool, L1 0BY (the “Venue”) (30 in total: 15 at both Van Drop 1 & Van Drop 2 respectively).

The Prize is subject to limited availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Prize is subject to JD being able to confirm the winners eligibility. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize this includes but is not limited to, travel to and from the Van Drop or the Climacool Wrap Party Venue.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

• aged 18 years or over on the date of entry; and

• a resident of England, Scotland or Wales.

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx) , or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The promotion starts on 19 February 2025 at 11am (UK time) and ends on 22 February 2025 at 12pm (UK time).

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1. Being present at one (1) of three (3) Climacool Van Drop locations (the “Locations”) at the times and dates set out below; and

2. Choosing a number at the van to unlock a seeding box.

The Locations and van drop timings are as follows:

• Nabzys City Centre, 41 Leece Street, Liverpool, L1 2TR, Wednesday 19 February 2025, between 11am and 2pm (UK time) (“Van Drop 1”);

• Barbers, 3 David Lewis Street, Liverpool, L1 4AX, Thursday 20 February 2025, between 12pm and 3pm (UK time) (“Van Drop 2”); and

• 22c Jordan Street, Liverpool, L1 0BP, Friday 22 February 2025, between 9am and 12pm (UK time) (“Van Drop 3”).

No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.

Participation is limited to one entry per person only.

5. How are winners selected?

The promotion is being administered on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants will select a box that will correlates to one of the Prizes. The Participant will not know the contents of the box prior to making their selection.

In respect of the administration of this promotion, the decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of participants or the winners (other than with the winners themselves). JD reserves the right to refuse participation in the event due to inappropriate behaviour.

The winners will be notified immediately following participation in the Promotion and must respond upon being notified of winning to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not accept the Prize upon being notified, JD reserves the right to pick another participant and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize. A winner cannot choose or request an alternative Prize in the event that do not want the allocated Prize. JD will not give any cash equivalence.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above and present evidence of such completion to a member of event staff (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from the Van Drop or the Climacool Wrap Party Venue. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

7. Venue Requirements

The winners of the Early Access ticket to the Climacool Wrap Party acknowledge and agree that they may be subject to additional entry requirements of the ticket issuer, Venue, Event organiser or other third party, which may include additional ID requirements and dress codes. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with any such requirements and JD will not be liable should the winner be refused entry or are otherwise asked to leave the venue for a failure to comply with any such requirements

9. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

10. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
