Climacool Gift With Purchase Promotion Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. We, JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD” or “JD Sports”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD is the promoter of this promotion which is run in conjunction with Nabzy’s Chicken Shop and Barbers No.1.

1. What can you win?

There will be up to five hundred (500) scratch cards (“Scratch Card”) in total each given as a gift with purchase when a Qualifying Purchase is made from a Participating Store (both defined below). Each scratch card will contain either:

o a voucher with a maximum value of £15 for Nabzys Chicken Shop (“Prize 1”); or ;

o a voucher with a maximum value of £18 for Barbers No.1 (“Prize 2”)

(together, the “Prize“).

For the purpose of the promotion, a qualifying purchase is any full price Mens or Juniors Adidas Climacool apparel or Adidas Climacool trainers (“Qualifying Purchase”). All Adidas Climacool accessories are excluded from the promotion. :

The Promotion will be taking place at the following JD stores:

• JD Sports Liverpool One Shopping Centre - 4 Paradise Street, Msu4B, Liverpool One, Liverpool L1 8JF;

• JD Sports Edge Lane - Unit 24 Edge Lane, Liverpool L13 9NB;

• JD Sports St Johns - 24-25 Dawson Way St Johns Sc, Liverpool L1 1LH; and

• JD Sports Birkenhead - 178-182 Unit 3 Grange Road, Birkenhead CH41 6EA,

each, a (“Participating Store”).

The Prize is subject to availability. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The scratch card may only be received from the Participating Store following the Qualifying Purchase. The Prize may only be redeemed at selected locations of Nabzy’s Chicken Shop or Barber N01, as applicable. The Prize can be redeemed at the following locations (“Redeemable Locations”):

The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Price or Scratch Card?

No Scratchcard will be given for the purchase of any Adidas Climacool apparel or training which are in the sale. No Scratchcard will be given for the purchase of any Adidas Climacool accessories.

It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize including travel to the Redeemable Locations.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must:

• be aged 18 years or over on the date of entry; and

• a resident of England, Scotland or Wales;

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (https://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspxy) or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The promotion starts on 17 February 2025 at 08:00am (UK time) and ends on 6 March 2025 at 22:00pm (UK time) or once there are no more Prizes available, whichever is sooner (the “Promotion Period”). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid. The Prize may be redeemed at a Redeemable Location until 15 July 2025

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

• attending a Participating Store during the Promotion Period;

• purchasing a Qualifying Item during the Promotion Period, whilst there are still Scratch Cards available; and

• Scratching off the Scratch Card to reveal what Prize has been won. and

Participation is limited to one (1) entry per person in a Participating Store only. If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. How are winners selected?

Once the eligible entrants have completed the How to enter section above in respect to the Scratch Card and Prize, they may receive the Prize, subject to availability. The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). The winners of the Scratch Card will be notified after they have made the Qualifying Purchase, subject to availability. The Scratch Card winners must scratch the Scratch Card to find out if they have won the Prize. The Prize is non-exchangeable.

If the winner does not redeem the Prize by the expiry date (“Expiry Date”) set out on the applicable Prize, the winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

6. Winners' Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above as applicable and present evidence of such completion to a member of staff in a Participating Store and at a Redeemable Location, as applicable; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from a Participating Store and a Redeemable Location. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

Winners who have won the Prize must comply with the voucher Terms and Conditions as applicable.

7. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

8. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
