Orders & Delivery

We're pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we're not able to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed.

If you change your mind you can return it to us free of charge by taking it to one of our 600 stores or by posting it back to us. If your item is direct from our brand partner this must be returned direct to them using the free returns label. For further information, visit our returns section to view all of your returns options.

Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to change your delivery address due to security reasons. We advise that you make sure all details are correct before processing your order.

If you're having issues with your delivery, then please check the status of your order by using one of the below methods:

  1. Go to www.jdsports.co.uk/track-my-order/, enter your order no. and the email address that you have used to place the order. If you don't have the order number handy, please enter your postcode.
  2. Check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view the latest tracking information.
  3. Sign into your JD account www.jdsports.co.uk/myaccount/ and check your order history or simply use the track my order link to see the latest update of your home delivery.

If you're still having issues with your delivery, then please contact our Customer Care team who will be happy to help.

At certain times we are unable to send all of the items that you have ordered. If this is the case, we will send you an email letting you know of any items that are missing from your order.

Please note that we will provide a full refund for any items that have not been sent.

If you have not received your full refund after 5 working days, then please contact our Customer Care team.

There are various reasons as to why your order might have been cancelled. Please contact our Customer Care team. who will be happy to assist you further on this issue.

  1. Go to www.jdsports.co.uk/track-my-order/, enter your order no. and the email address that you have used to place the order or your postcode.
  2. Check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view the latest tracking information.
  3. Sign into your JD account www.jdsports.co.uk/myaccount/ and check your order history or simply use the track my order link to see the latest update of your home delivery.

Standard home deliveries are usually made within 2-3 days of your order being placed.

Next Day deliveries will be made the next day if your order has been placed before 9pm. Please note the exact delivery time can vary depending on the service selected at checkout.

Next Day Evening Delivery will be made the next evening between 6pm and 10pm if your order has been placed before midnight the night before delivery.

Click and Collect orders will be ready for collection from your nominated store within 2 - 3 days of your order being placed.

Next Day Click and Collect will be delivered by 12pm if your order was placed online before 9pm Sunday - Friday or 8pm Saturday.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date then please check with your neighbours to see if the courier has left the parcel at their house, also check any safe areas that the driver may have left your parcel, such as the garden shed or porch.

Before contacting us please check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view up-to-date tracking information.

If you still can't find your parcel or want an update on your order, then please contact our Customer Care team. quoting your order number.

Standard and Tracked Express delivery services are available to most of the countries we ship to. International delivery is available from just £6.99 - the price varies by country and this can be found when selecting the delivery country in the drop down in the delivery section.

    Who will deliver the parcel? Deliveries will be shipped via DPD or DPD DHL Skynet or DPEX depending on the weight and value. Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

    How long will it take? Delivery will take 4 to 10 working days after despatch a signature may be required and if you're not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up.

    This may vary depending on the country but we should be able to give you more info if you contact our Customer Service team quoting your order number.

    Can I track my delivery? Tracking is available on some Standard deliveries and on all Tracked Express deliveries. You will receive a despatched email with a tracking link on for your order, alternatively you can log in to your account and view the tracking in your order history.

    Will the recipient have to pay duty on the order? Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation.

    Recipients of deliveries made outside the European Union may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. JD Sports cannot offer any assistance in these processes.

    To help make sure that customs duties are not payable for deliveries outside the EU, check the custom duty threshold of the country you're sending your items to, before you order, and keep your total basket value below that threshold.

    If you have received the wrong item, then please contact our Customer Care team. who will be happy to assist you in getting this issue resolved.

    If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact our Customer Care team, who will discuss your return options. We will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then depending on the results offer a refund or exchange.

    Alternatively, you can take your despatch note and the faulty or damaged goods to one of our JD stores. The team will be happy to assist and send your item off to our distribution centre who will do an inspection, then depending on the results offer a refund or exchange.

    If your item is direct from our brand partner, this will need to be returned directly to them using the free returns label.

    If you've not had a confirmation email, then please check your junk mail folder to make sure it's not in there.

    Please note that once your order has been placed, we're not able to resend your confirmation email. To check that your order has been received, login to your account on the JD website, then go to the orders section of the 'My Account' area.

    If you don't have a registered account or you still cannot find your order, please contact our Customer Care team. who will be happy to help.

    To ensure that you receive future notification emails from us, make sure we're in your email safe senders list and double check the email address you've registered with us is correct.

    Standard delivery is a home delivery which is usually made within 2-3 days of your order being placed.

    UK standard delivery is £3.99 - or free over £70.

    We cannot deliver to PO boxes and if you require delivery to the Channel Islands you will need to select International delivery.

    Please note, these charges may vary from time to time with promotional activity.

    Next Day Delivery is available from £4.99 and we will deliver your order the following day to UK mainland addresses if your order has been placed before 9pm.

    Simply choose one of our next day delivery options at the checkout to receive your order the next day.

    Next day (delivered by Hermes) £4.99.

    Premium next day (delivered by DPD) £5.99.

    Our Carrier will send you a text message on the day of delivery with an accurate delivery window.

    Unfortunately, next day delivery is not available to certain post codes:

    Scottish Highlands - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50

    For orders placed on Saturday for delivery on Sunday: AB, BT, CA1-3, CA5, CA20-26, CA28, CF14, CF30-98, DD, DG1-4, DG6-13, DH1, DH3, DH4, DH8, EH, FK, G, HS, IM, IP, IV, JE, KA, KW1-3, KW5, KW17, KY, LA, LL, ML, PH, PL, PO, SA, ZE.

    Next day delivery is also not available on orders shipped direct from brand.

    We have additional product lines available for delivery direct from our brand partners, so we can do our best to get the size you want. The products are shipped and sold directly by the JD brand partner to you. This is only available for standard delivery and must be returned directly to the supplier using the free returns label provided. Please note that orders fulfilled by our brand partners are only available using standard delivery and are not included as part of JDX Unlimited Delivery membership.

    UK Next Day Evening Delivery is available from £5.99 and we will deliver your order the following evening between 6pm and 10pm.

    Our Evening Delivery carrier delivers 7 days a week and offer text message notifications on the day of delivery to let you know that your order is on its way. Ensure you provide us with your mobile number to benefit from this service.

    Next Day Evening Delivery orders must be placed before midnight the night before delivery.

    Unfortunately, Next Day Evening delivery is not available to certain post codes: BT, GY, IM, IV, JE, KA28, KW11-17, HS, PH32-35, ZE.

    Next Day Evening delivery is also not available on orders shipped direct from brand.

    All UK home delivery orders under £100 do not require a signature on delivery. If your order is under £100, our carrier will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your delivery address if you are not in. This may include leaving your order with a neighbour or leaving the parcel in a safe place.

    All UK home delivery orders over £100 require a signature on delivery by default, however you can amend this protocol by responding to our carrier's text message and choosing the option appropriate for you. To benefit from this service, please provide us with your mobile number at the checkout.

    Click & Collect is available with free delivery to over 650 stores on all orders. Get your order delivered to a local store within 2 - 3 days. Orders under £30 will be charged £1.

    Place your order online by selecting the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout.

    Choose the store that you wish your order to be delivered to by searching for your town or by postcode.

    Once you have chosen your collection store of choice, you will be given the option to enter who will collect your order. Here you can either enter your details or you can nominate someone to collect the order for you. Please note you can only nominate someone else to collect your order when placing your order.

    When your order is ready for collection we will send you an email and SMS message informing you that your order is ready for collection.

    Please bring the following items with you:

    1. Proof of purchase - a copy of your confirmation email, sales receipt or text message.
    2. Your payment card - for your protection against fraud, we cannot release your order without seeing your payment card or a form of photo ID (passport of driving licence only).

    If you selected the option for someone else to collect the goods on your behalf, they must present your proof of purchase, as well as their own photo ID (passport or photo driving licence only).

    Your order will be held at your selected store for 7 days. We will send you a reminder by email after 4 days. If you haven’t collected your order after 7 days have passed, your order will be sent to our Returns Department and you will be refunded.

    Next Day Click & Collect will be delivered to one of over 650 collection points the next day and ready to collect before midday if your order has been placed before 9pm Sunday - Friday or 8pm Saturday. Orders placed to stores in Aviemore, Aberdeen, Inverness, Guernsey, Kilmarnock, Perth, Isle of Man, Irvine or Jersey will be delivered on an express service within 48 hours of being placed.

    Place your order online before 9pm Sunday - Friday or 8pm Saturday by selecting the 'Next Day Click & Collect' option at checkout.

    Choose the store that you wish your order to be delivered to by searching for your town or by postcode.

    Once you have chosen your collection store of choice, you will be given the option to enter who will collect your order.     Once you have chosen your collection Post Office branch of choice, you will be given the option to enter who will collect your order. Here you can either enter your details or you can nominate someone to collect the order for you. Please note you can only nominate someone else to collect your order when placing your order and the person collecting from the Post Office must have ID that matches customer / address on parcel delivery label.

    When your order is ready for collection, Royal Mail will send you an email and SMS message informing you that your order is ready for collection.

    Please bring the following items with you:

    1. Proof of purchase - a copy of your confirmation email, sales receipt or text message.
    2. Your payment card - for your protection against fraud, we cannot release your order without seeing your payment card or a form of photo ID (passport of driving licence only).

    If you selected the option for someone else to collect the goods on your behalf, they must present your proof of purchase, as well a photo ID that matches the name on the delivery label (passport or photo driving licence only).

    Your order will be held at your selected branch for 18 days. We will send you a reminder by email after 4 days. If you haven’t collected your order after 18 days have passed, your order will be sent to our Returns Department and you will be refunded
