All items that are available for Pre-Order will be dispatched on the day of release.

To check if your local store has an item in stock please contact your local store. Find your local store by our store locator here 

You can find a size guide and care instructions on any of our product pages. When using the size guide, please click on the relevant brand and gender to find the information you require. 

Before you contact our Customer team to advise on stock online, please ensure you've checked the item you require isn't showing as in stock on the website.
To do this, select the item on site and see if your size is available. 

Customer safety is our highest priority. If you have an affected garment please stop using it and return it to us for a full refund, at any JD Sports store or via online returns portal at https://returns.jdsports.co.uk
