Are ASICS true to size?

ASICS shoes are generally considered to fit true to size. Especially if they’re more of a lifestyle focussed shoe. Performance-specific trainers such as running shoes can fit a little tighter. In which case, you might want to consider going half a size up. You don’t want these to fit too tightly.

If you’re looking for ASICS shoes for long-distance running, go for either the ASICS GEL-Kayano or the ASICS GEL-Nimbus.

GEL-Kayano 14 is perfect if you want extra stability and support, especially if your feet tend to roll inward (overpronation). It has plush cushioning and keeps your stride balanced on long runs.
