Annex 4 – JD and VIBE Discount Code Terms and Conditions

The promoter of this offer is JD Sports Fashion plc (company number 1888425) which is run in conjunction with Jet2holidays Limited (company number 04472486).

Offer: £60 off a new Jet2holidays booking when you make a purchase on the JD website or app from 13th May 2024 at 00:01am (UK time) to 19th May 2024 at 11:59pm (UK time) (the “Offer”).

The Offer is available from 13th May 2024 at 00:01am (UK time) to 19th May 2024 at 11:59pm (UK time).

The Offer code can be used on Jet2holidays bookings online at www.jet2holidays.com, through the Jet2holidays app, through the Jet2holidays contact centre and through your travel agent.

How to redeem the Offer code: o enter the unique Offer code received via email at check out; o click “Apply code” to validate your code; and o the checkout basket will update to reflect the price deduction.

No minimum or maximum spend is required to redeem the Offer.

Offer exclusions: • the Offer is only valid on new holidays booked between 00:01am on 13th May 2024 and 23:59pm on 31st May 2024; • the Offer is valid on allJet2holidays with departure between 13th May 2024 and 31st October 2025; • the Offer cannot be used on a booking with any free child place(s); • the £60 per booking discount is applied to the full balance of the holiday, not the deposit amount payable; • the Offer is applicable to new bookings only; • only one discount is valid per booking (please note, this is a unique promotion code which may only be used once); • there must be a minimum of 2 adults on the booking; • customers must be aged 18 years or over to place a booking; • the Offer excludes group bookings; and • if flight dates or passenger names are changed by the customer following the original booking, the discount will no longer apply, and the full balance shall be payable. • Prices shown on Jet2holidays websites and in Jet2holidays advertising are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed when the booking is confirmed.

Where applicable, and where the booking does not contain any Free Child Place(s), the discount can be used in conjunction with any money off discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com and/or the Jet2holidays app (as applicable) subject to the terms of that promotion. For clarity, the discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other manually applied discount or offer.

JD Sports reserves the right to: (i) cancel this Offer at any time; and/or (ii) amend these terms and conditions.
