Once an order is processed and out for delivery, you will need to give the DPD driver the 4-digit pin in order to receive your order. The pin code will be sent to you via e-mail/SMS. Each pin code is unique and created separately for each shipment. Please keep these safe.

Your parcel will be left in a safe place or if one is unavailable your driver will knock and stand at least two steps away. If there is no answer delivery will be attempted 3 times. Available on our standard and next day delivery services.
