By taking part in this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the promotion. JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD is the promoter of this promotion which is run in conjunction with Wonderland.

1. What can you win?

There will be one 1 winner who will win:

• One one-thousand pounds (£1000) JD Sports gift card

(the “Prize“).

The Prize is subject to availability. The Prize is subject to JD being able to contact the winner and confirm eligibility. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize. Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

JD will arrange for delivery to one UK or Ireland address. It is the winner’s responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

• aged 18 years or over on the date of entry;
• a resident of England, Scotland, Wales or Ireland;
• have a valid Instagram account; and
• be available to attend at one of the following participating locations between the applicable dates:

Bluewater (Bluewater, Greenhithe, Kent DA9 9ST) between 23.11.24 - 24.11.24

JD reserves the right to ask for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The promotion starts on 16 November 2024 at 9:00am (UK time) and ends on 23 December 2024 at 11:59pm (UK time).
Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid.

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1. Taking a picture at the JD photobooth at one of the Locations
2. Following @JDSports on Instagram and be a follower when the winner is selected
3. Post the JD photobooth images taken at one of the Locations on their Instagram account within their feed (the “Post”).
4. Tag @JDSports in the Post
5. Use the hashtag #JDHOUSE in the Post

No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion. You may enter this competition as many times as you would like.

5. How are winners selected?

All valid entries will be entered into JD’s social media management tool which will export the entries. An electronic random name generator by will be used to select the winner. The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (other than with the winner themselves). The winner will be announced by 6 January 2025.
The winner will be notified via Direct Message in Instagram and must respond within 96 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not accept the Prize within 96 hours, JD reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

6. Winner’s Responsibilities

It is the winner’s responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above and present evidence of such completion to a member of staff in a Participating Store; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age; (iv) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from a Participating Store. JD will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

7. Personal information

The winner’s personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize and for JD to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winner.

8. Which law applies to this promotion?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

9. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
