JD STATUS - Five Guys Vouchers Prize Draw

1. What can you win?

There will be ten (10) winners who will each win: A £50 Five Guys Voucher. The winners must ensure they comply with the Five Guys voucher terms and conditions. A Summary of Five Guys terms and conditions are as follows: 1. Use this card as full or part payment at participating Five Guys restaurants within the United Kingdom. 2. This card has a balance of £50.00. 3. The remaining balance on this card can be stored for future use and cannot be exchanged for cash. This Gift Card cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or transferred for any value by you or by anyone else. 4. This Gift Card shall be treated as cash, the balance cannot be returned if lost or stolen. 5.This Gift Card will be valid from activation for 24 months from the last use. 6. JD has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD. JD shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Prizes are personal to the winner. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. JD reserves the right to cancel the promotion and withdraw or make void any and all prize elements if this term is not complied with.

2. What is excluded from the Prize?

No exclusions (other than those exclusions and limitations set out in the Gift Card T&Cs, applicable to use of each Prize). Five Guys will email each winner with a digital copy of the Prize.

3. Who can enter?

Entrants must be:

1. aged 18 years or over on the date of entry;
2. a resident of England, Scotland or Wales; and
3. be a new member of JD STATUS with no pre-existing account prior to entry into this promotion and have completed registration.

JD reserves the right to ask the winners for proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter

The promotion starts on 4th November at 4:00pm and ends on 11th November at 23:59pm. Any entries received before or after this date and time will not be valid.

Entrants can enter the promotion by:

1. Downloading JD STATUS via the App Store or Google Play;
2. Creating a JD STATUS account and completing registration;
3. Once the new user has signed up and completed registration, the new user will be prompted by an in-app message with a link to enter this promotion; and
4. The new user must follow the link to the applicable microsite and complete the entry.

Participation is limited to one entry per person and per JD STATUS account only. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. How are winners selected?

All valid entries will be exported to an electric random name generator and the generator will select the winners. The decision of JD is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves).

The winners will be notified via email to the address associated with the JD STATUS account from JD and a push notification via the JD STATUS app which will inform them that they have won the promotion and asking them to accept the Prize.

The winner must respond by email to the email informing them of their win within 48 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not accept the Prize within 48 hours, JD reserves the right to pick another winner and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

Once the winners have been selected and they have given their permission to JD for their details to be passed to Five Guys, Five Guys will then organise to send each winner the Prize.

6. Winners’ Responsibilities

It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the How to enter section above (ii) reply to the email informing them of their win with their acceptance; (iii) provide express consent of their details being passed to Five Guys; ((iv) turn on push notifications to be informed if they win. JD will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

The winner’s personal data will be used to notify and communicate with them in relation to the Prize and for JD to comply with its obligation to publish the name and county of residence of winners. Please note JD will share the winner’s personal data with Five Guys and by entering into the promotion you agree to your personal data being shared with Five Guys.

8. Which law applies to this competition?

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

9. The Promoter

JD reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
