Crocs On The Move Competition Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the promotion. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the competition. We, JD Sports Fashion plc (“JD Sports”), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the promotion. JD Sports is the promoter of this promotion which is run in conjunction with Crocs (UK) Limited. This promotion is not affiliated or endorsed with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or TikTok.

1. What can you win? There will be sixty (60) winners who will win: • One (1) pair of the JD Classic Lined Clog Croc available at JD Sports in shade latte (the “Main Prize”); and There will be sixty (60) winners who will win: • One (1) small 3D printed Croc toy, a message card and a pack of jibbitz (the “Second Prize“) (together “the Prize(s)”). There will be forty (40) winners per location - twenty (20) winners for the Main Prize and twenty (20) winners for the Second Prize. There will be three (3) locations. The Main Prize is available on a first come first serve basis as long as the entrant satisfies the How to Enter criteria. If the quantity of the Main Prize is exceeded, or if the entrant provides the wrong code, entrants will be offered the Second Prize until all 20 Second Prizes have been claimed. The Prizes are subject to availability, JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. JD Sports shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), JD Sports is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize. The Prize is not available for sale, transfer, resale, donation, or exchange. Exchanging any part of the Prize package is strictly prohibited (including, without limitation, in person or online via an online auction website or online resale marketplace).

2. What is excluded from the Prize? It is the winners’ responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize. This includes travel to the Crocs On The Move van location, food and beverage or any other expenses related to the Crocs On The Move Activation on Saturday 2 November 2024.

3. Who can enter? Entrants must be: • aged 16 years or over; and • a resident of England, Scotland or Wales. JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the JD Sports group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the promotion. JD Sports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.

4. How to enter Entrants can enter the promotion by: 1. Checking either @jdsports, @jdwomen or @itsjustnife Instagram story on Saturday 2 November to find the secret location of the Crocs On The Move van and the Crocs On The Move code to redeem the Prize (the codes will be announced on Saturday 2 November between 11:00am and 17:00pm); 2. Travelling to the secret location of the Crocs On The Move van, as listed on the relevant Instagram Stories; and 3. Once at the Crocs On The Move van, telling a member of staff the Crocs On The Move code which was posted on the Instagram story. The location of the Crocs On The Move van will be released on @jdsports, @jdwomen or @itsjustnife Instagram story on Saturday 2 November and entrants will have a time window to travel to the Crocs On The Move van to win a Prize. The first twenty (20) entrants to reach the van will win the Main Prize and the next twenty (20) entrants to reach the van will win the Second Prize. Internet service providers’ fees may apply when accessing the internet. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion. Participation is limited to one entry per person. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

5. Closing Times The promotion will commence on Saturday 2 November 2024 at 11:00am (UK time) and will end on Saturday 2 November 2024 at 17:00PM (UK time).

6. How are winners selected? Winners will be selected on a first come first serve basis. The Winners must provide the correct Crocs On The Move Code to redeem the Main Prize. If the entrant does not produce the Crocs On The Move code, instead of winning the Main Prize then they will win the Second Prize. If the Winners’ shoe size is not available due to limited availability, JD Sports staff will retain the Winners’ personal details to follow up on Monday 4 November 2024 whereby JD Sports will then send the Winner their Prize. The decision of JD Sports is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). JD Sports reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will waive their rights to the Prize.

7. Winners’ Responsibilities It is the winners’ responsibility to: (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from the Crocs On The Move van; (ii) complete all stages of the How to enter section above; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the promotion; (v) adhere to local laws in the UK (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. JD Sports will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

9. Publicity By taking part in the promotion, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at JD Sports’ request if they are a winner of the promotion. Entrants agree that JD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent. JD Sports reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner. 10. Which law applies to this promotion? This promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales and the participants of the promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
