1. Simply purchase any Reebok EasyTone footwear from one of the participating retail stores listed in clause 2 below any time between Monday 12th March 2012 and Monday 2nd July 2012 and you will receive a free Reebok EasyTone fitness DVD ("Fitness DVD").

2. The participating retail stores are JD SPORTS FASHION Plc, REGISTERED OFFICE: Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, Lancashire BL9 8RR

3. (The promotion operates on a first come first served basis. The promotion shall continue while stocks last.

4. The promotion is subject to availability.

5. One (1) Fitness DVD will be given away per qualifying purchase.

6. The promotion is open to persons of any age except for employees of the Promoter, their associates, families and any other persons connected with such employees or with the promotion.

7. The Fitness DVD cannot be redeemed for cash and no alternative products are available.

8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or sale.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion at any time.

10. Users of the Fitness DVD declare to the best of their knowledge that they know of no reason why they should not participate in the using the Fitness DVD and that they are not presently suffering from (and have not suffered from) any disease or medical condition which may prevent them from participating in the Fitness DVD exercise routines or which may be aggravated by participating in the Fitness DVD exercise routines.

11. The recipient of the Fitness DVD agrees not to sell, offer to sell or use the prizes for any commercial or promotional purpose (including, without limitation, placing the prizes on an internet auction site.

12. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership and/or use of the prize.

13. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a competent court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
